Shipping policy
All orders received before 1 pm (CET) are dispatched at the latest the next business day. All orders are fully traceable, and a tracking notification will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

*Dispatch and Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times and delays during peak periods including the Holiday Season of November through to January, as well as due to adverse weather, or other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Loving Tan’s reasonable control.
Online orders are processed and shipped from Rijen, the Netherlands so we follow any local Public Holidays. Due to local holiday closures between December 2022 to January 2023, dispatch delays may be experienced.
Once orders are placed, they may not be able to be edited, added to, or cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.
Any import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying if any.
Orders can only be shipped to a residential address.
