SO disappointed :(
"I had such high hopes for this from the positive reviews but am so gutted by my experience. For background I have used mousse tanners and a couple of gradual tanners in the past and wanted to give this one ago. I was slightly apprehensive because you need a mitt to apply it, when other gradual tanners can be applied like a moisturiser, so I thought what's the benefit of using this over a regular tanner? (it takes the same amount of time to apply, you have to have a clean mitt etc etc) and the answer is there is not a benefit. How this is advertised as a gradual tanner is beyond me. My first application I left it on over night for 8 hours, rinsed off as instructed, my hands and feet were orange and it was streaky on my legs. I have never had streaks from my old cheaper fake tan and I can't understand how it happened with this one. There was no way it needed another application after this so I thought I will try and scrub it off as much as I can over the next few days and try again another time. When I tell you this DOES NOT COME OFF, I mean it. It literally did not come off for like 2 weeks, I was left patchy and orange (see pics) for far too long during a heatwave, it was so embarrassing!! I thought I will try again to see how it goes and only leave it on for 2 hours this time. Again, after only 2 hours, my feet and hands are orange and my legs are streaky! I even applied moisturiser to feet and hands before to try and not let it soak in as much but it didn't help. Again, this one layer is impossible to get off. Very disappointed and again I can't understand how it's different to a regular fake tan in any way. I also think there is not a lot in the bottle at all, for the price I feel absolutely ripped off. I've done 2 applications and feel like there's hardly any left. The only positives are it is a nice moisturising consistency and where it's not orange, the tone is nice. But I will definitely not be repurchasing"
